Pedro Baez
Founder & Managing Partner
Pedro is the Founder & Managing Partner of Go For Glory Stable and he has successfully owned racehorses for many years. He started Go For Glory Stable in 2021 to provide people an affordable avenue to experience racehorse ownership at a level that is comfortable for each person. Overall he strives to ensure all owners have an enjoyable experience investing in these amazing standardbred racehorses.
Charlie Longo
General Manager
Charlie is the General Manager of Go For Glory Stable and runs the day-to-day operations of the group. Charlie attended the USTA driving school in 2012 and co-founded his first fractional ownership group – Winner’s Circle Racing in 2015 and later Diamond Racing Stable in 2022. He has purchased over 80 horses between his two fractional ownership groups. Charlie currently sits on the board of directors for the Standardbred Owners Association of NY (SOANY) . He was named the Harness Racing Museum amateur driver of the year in 2023. Charlie’s mission through the years has been to introduce new fans to harness racing while offering existing fans the opportunity to participate in the sport at the ownership level.
Trainer Paul Kelley
Paul Kelley is Go for Glory Stable’s trainer for 2yo and 3yo stakes racehorses as well as high-end overnight raceway horses. With over 45 years experience as a successful standardbred trainer, Paul selects the yearling prospects, develops them into racehorses, and sets their staking and racing season schedules. Paul focuses mainly on NY sired and MA bred trotters while also racing high quality overnight racehorses.
Trainer Team Harmon
The Harmon’s are based out of Big Z Training Center in Montague, NJ and have been a dominant force at Tioga Downs over the years having won numerous training titles. Rob – a 3rd generation horseman – has over 22,000 career starts as a trainer since 1992 and has amassed 3,864 wins with a UDRS of .299. Patti Harmon has 2,684 career starts with 548 wins and a UDRS of .327. Rob continues to drive on occasion and has 5,654 starts with 680 wins. Team Harmon has a tremendous operation and support staff and they regularly compete at Plainridge Park, Saratoga Raceway, Pocono Downs, The Meadowlands Racetrack and Monticello Raceway.
Trainer Team Tritton
Husband and wife duo of Shane and Lauren Tritton who have won numerous training and driving premierships in Australia along with multiple grade 1 winners prior to relocating to the USA. Team Tritton is the primary Go for Glory Stable trainer for high level weekly overnight racing at top racetracks such as Yonkers Raceway, Meadowlands Racetrack, and Plainridge Park.
