Uncle Rat is a 4yo gelding trotter by Uncle Peter out of the RC Royalty mare, Royal Illusions. As of 4/14/26, he’s a winner of $80K+ with a lifetime mark of 1:55.4 and he finished an outstanding top 3 in 11 out of his 12 starts in 2026 earning $47K+. He only raced twice late in his 2yo season in Ohio fair races winning both events and then really began his racehorse career as a 3yo improving as the year went along. He consistently stays flat and has a very smooth trotting gait. He only has 5 extended pari-mutuel wins and still fits excellent classes in the northeast. He has gait speed to protect position, proven ability to race the half mile and 5/8 tracks and has shown consistent power vs tough competition in Ohio. One of his strongest traits is he has shown a ton of heart and willingness to come from behind and pass horses until the end. He is being targeted to race at various northeast tracks such as Saratoga Raceway, Yonkers Raceway, Meadowlands Racetrack, Tioga Downs, Pocono Downs and Plainridge Park.
