Back And Forth is a $10K colt trotter purchase from the 2026 Harrisburg Yearling Sale. He is by Back Of The Neck and out of World Champion trotting mare Buck I St Pat who is by Jailhouse Jesse. His dam, Buck I St Pat (1:51 $2,320,637) was a World Champion Free-For-All trotting mare and Dan Patch Trotting Mare of the Year for 3 years in a row! To give you an idea of how dominant she was on the racetrack, Buck I St Pat earned between a mind boggling $183K and $715K per year for 6 years in a row! Back And Forth’s full sister is former $60,000 yearling purchase Bang The Drum (2, 1:56.6f BT $21,725) and she competed very well in the tough NY Excelsior circuit as a 2yo in 2026. Trainer Rob Harmon most of all loved this colt’s physical conformation and how he moves across the ground. Rob said he is correct in all facets and has a long barreled body which is what he likes to see in his horses. Rob is happy to add another quality Back Of The Neck prospect to his barn after he trained 2026 NY Excelsior Final winner Telling Tall Tales (2, 1:55.2f $116,600). We are thrilled to add him to the group especially at this bargain price! Back And Forth is eligible to the lucrative New York Sire Stakes and New Jersey Standardbred Development program.
